Whether you are a current FDC customer, or you are just beginning to gather info about our services, we wanted to share a more in-depth look at the benefits and importance of FDC's Account Management Portal. We strive to keep every aspect of our service simple, and transparent. Requirements for FDC Account Portal:

-An active account with Forked Deer Connect, LLC

-An active email address

-A valid Password

How do I activate my Portal?

1.Check your email!

Once you have completed the registration process for FDC, and paid the $25.00 installation fee, CHECK YOUR EMAIL! You should receive an email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to the email address given during the registration process. This email will contain a link to activate your portal account. The link provided is only active for 24 hours, so we ask that you set up your portal immediately to avoid additional steps.

*Please be sure to always check your junk/spam folder for this email, as some emails automatically generate to these folders.

If you do not receive this activation email within one hour of sign-up, please contact us at 731-836-7508.

What is the Account Management Portal?

The Account Management Portal is an online site to access your account 24/7. You can access the Account Management Portal on our website, by clicking the "Pay my Bill" link.

This Account Portal is not only 24/7 access to your account, but this is also a convenience to customers who are not available during our business hours.

Your FDC Account Management Portal will allow you to do the following:

-Have 24/7 access to your account

-Make a payment 

-View your bill and account history

-Set up email billing

-Request to Upgrade/change your services

-Update your account Information

-Manage Payment methods (Set up Autopay)

-Change Account Management Portal password

-Manage account access

-Alerts and notifications

-View and refresh your equipment

What if I do not have an email address?

Forked Deer Connect, LLC, will NOT be providing customers with an email address. However, you will be able to use your existing email address through our internet service.

If you need to set up an email account, here are a few of the most popular, publicly hosted email account resources:

Microsoft Outlook Live Online

Hosted by your cellphone provider (e.g.,,, etc.). Contact your specific cellphone provider for more information.

Customers who choose to visit the websites of or set up an email account with email hosted providers do so at their own risk. Forked Deer Connect, LLC, is not liable for any accounts created or sites visited through third party email service providers. Customers of Forked Deer Connect, LLC, are free to use the email service provider of their choosing.

**Forked Deer Connect, LLC's preferred billing method is E-BILLING (paperless billing). If you wish to receive a paper bill, please make sure you chose this option during the registration process. There will be a $4.00 monthly fee if Paper Bill format is chosen. **
